Hi Friend! I'm glad you are here. My journey into wellness and healing might be different than yours, but I'm sure you've felt grief in your life. You see, my journey started in 2001 after my divorce.
Yup! The Big d and I don't mean Dallas.
I was a single mom of 4 with my youngest being 3! My world was turned upside down and it led me to question why? Why was this happening to me and how would all of this impact my future?

Friend, i had little eyes watching me. i couldn't let them down. Instead of blaming everyone and wallowing in my grief I went back to school!!
BEST DECISION EVER!
I obtained a BA in psychology. I learned many skills to support myself and my family through our journey. These skills have also served many other women I've worked with. I can't wait until they serve YOU!
Along with my 4 children and my 3 grandchildren, I have taken part in raising over seventeen children! That makes me tired just writing it! Ha! I learned so much through this experience of motherhood. This insight led me to appreciating all of it!
