What to expect during a Reiki session
- You can Expect a calming environment and a quiet safe space
- A typical Reiki session lasts between 20-60 minutes.
- Before your session there is a brief consultation about the process and what expectations, areas of focus, or intentions you may have.
- You do remain fully clothed during the session. It is recommended that you wear comfortable non-restrictive clothing or jewelry to add to help keep you comfortable.
- During the session you will either lie across a massage table or be seated in a comfortable position
- I will channel energy through a non-invasive light touch or holding my hands just above your body
- Some cliental experience heat or tingling during the process. You may experience visualizations, memories, colors, or even nothing at all! Whatever experience you have, will be unique to you. Try to be open to and allow whatever rises to pass through your consciousness without attaching meaning.
- During your session what you experience may become deeper and more meaningful
- You will also receive aftercare tips and grounding time after your session
Can you preform my session if we were in different locations?
Absolutely! sessions can be done by proxy using muscle testing (applied kinesiology). Instead of being in the same room, together over the phone, I'll preform your session as if we were together. Just like face-to-face sessions, you'll want to wear comfortable clothing and remove jewelry that may be distracting. You will also want to be in a quiet place free from distractions, laying down comfortably.

Reiki is a safe, simple, and non-invasive healing modality. It can be used as a complimentary approach with medical, mental, and other therapeutic techniques to promote a sense of wellness in your body and mind.

Balancing
$50 Per Session (60 minuets)
Your body is made up of amazing energy centers called Chakras "wheels". They are considered the main energy centers of your body. These centers can become blocked energetically. Reiki is used to remove these energy blocks. It can also be used as a means for creating balance within your Chakras.
